Leadership of the Ministry

At Tabernacle of the Most High God Ministries, we affirm without qualification that the true and eternal Leader of this Ministry is our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He alone is the Head of the Church, the source of its authority, and the foundation of its existence. All direction, purpose, and doctrine flow from His Word and His sovereign will.
We further acknowledge and depend upon the continual guidance of the Holy Spirit, through whom Christ governs, instructs, corrects, and sustains His people. Every function, decision, and act of service within this Ministry is undertaken in prayerful submission to His authority and leading.

Accordingly, no person within this Ministry is regarded as a supreme or absolute human authority. For administrative order and operational effectiveness, individuals are appointed not as rulers, but as servants entrusted with specific responsibilities. These individuals serve as heads of various ministry units, exercising stewardship with humility, accountability, and reverence before God.

For purposes of coordination and administrative oversight, one individual is appointed as the Leading Servant. The role of the Leading Servant is not one of dominion, but of stewardship—to preserve order, protect the integrity of the Ministry’s mission, and ensure faithful adherence to the authority of Christ and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The Leading Servant serves as a custodian of vision, doctrine, and discipline, and remains fully subject to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

All who serve in leadership do so under solemn obligation to embody humility, integrity, and sacrificial service, recognizing that leadership within this Ministry is not a position of elevation, but a calling to greater accountability before God.
For it is written: “One is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.”
